Engineering Design
The company is committed to the development and application of petrochemical, coal chemical, new energy, new material technology, with a high level of design and ability. Over the years, the company has completed more than 500 projects such as atmospheric and vacuum distillation units, catalytic cracking units, hydrorefining units, asphalt units, coke units, gas separation units, catalyst units, sulfur recovery units, MTBE units, lubricating oil units, hydrogen energy, energy storage, and photothermal projects. In the current increasingly strict situation to promote energy conservation and emission reduction and environmental protection requirements, the advantages of Sunway Chemical has been better played, especially in sulfur recovery, oil upgrading, desulfurization and denitrification, sewage treatment, flue gas treatment and other aspects. General Projects Contracting
The general contract of the project covers the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of all stages of service. The company implements matrix management based on the responsibility of the project manager, takes safety, schedule, cost, material and quality control as the core. The company integrates design, procurement, construction and project management, and realizes the integration with international project management. Oil storage and transportation and public works
The company is featured in oil storage and transportation fields such as crude oil, refined oil, LNG storage and transportation, long distance transportation pipeline, rubber film gas tank, etc. It has oil storage and transportation projects with more than 10 million tons/year in refineries and utlity projects. The ZYJS2014-040SR rubber film sealed dry gas tank design technology developed by the company fills the gaps in the petrochemical industry. The company invented ZL200920031186.1, a patent technology of flotation scum treatment device for oil refining enterprises, which provides a good way out for the scum treatment of sewage treatment plants, and several projects have won excellent design awards of China Petrochemical and Shandong Province.
